We currently ship to all countries in the European Union.
In case the client cannot be found at the delivery address, he will be contacted by phone by the delivery company (courier)
The client’s acceptance of the product(s) represents his acceptance that they arrived in good condition. The client explicitly agrees, by signing the ABW, that the product(s) is (are) in conformity with his order and his needs.
Please make sure you check the delivered package appearance and especially the integrity of the adhesive tape. This should be intact. Any subsequent complaint of missing product(s) will not be considered.
We also advise against accepting a package that presents signs of external damage:
- The box is wet or has signs it was wet at some point.
- The box is deformed
This can suggest the product(s) inside could have been damaged
Do not accept the package and pay if:
- See signs of an attempted opening of the package.
- There are 2 rows of adhesive tape one on top of the other.
- Do not accept opened packages
This message is to protect our clients of a potential fraud happened during the transportation of the product(s) ordered.
West Kifra reserves the right to be late or cancel the order delivery if that can’t be fulfilled due to reasons independent of Kifra’s control such as: fire, explosion, flood, epidemics, strike, government action, war, terrorism, protests, riots, civil disobedience or other unforeseen events, according to Romanian law.
The maximum value of the damages paid by Kifra to any client if the product is not delivered or delivered in an inadequate condition cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer to West Kifra.
