Here at SC West Kyfra SRL (referred to as “The Company” from this point on). We believe in being opened and transparent about the way in which we collect and use your personal information. Current cookies policy applies to any product or service provided, refers to or is incorporated by SC West Kyfra SRL (The Company).
The Company vows to protect you against any anonymous or non-anonymous data regarding your person. This section presents how we use the cookie modules, why and the way in which this helps us improve our services. This also highlights how you can manage the way the cookie modules are stored in your device.
- How are cookies used?
We use cookie modules and other similar technologies in order to offer each user an optimal experience on our website. The cookie modules help us also in maintaining the security of your account. Through accessing and using our services (using any device), you accept our usage of cookie modules and other similar technologies for purposes related to our policy and towards any other terms and conditions related to this website.

The blocking of our cookies could affect your user experience on this website and other sites of our Company.
We reserve the right to modify our cookies policy and inform you of any changes.
- What is a cookie module?
- A cookie module is a data collection in an industrial standard which our website transfers and temporary stores on your device, in order to personalize its content. That allows them to collect data on your online behaviour.
- A cookie module is a small file made of a series of letter and numbers (information), often coded, which uniquely identifies your computer, mobile device or other device used to access the internet, but can contain other information as well. A cookie module has two parts: the name and the content or the value of the cookie module. More, its life span is predetermined; technically, only the web server that sent the cookie can access it again when the user visits the associated website again.
- A cookie module is a file that is placed / uploaded on the device used to access a website, through the request sent to the browser (ex: Internet explorer, Chrome) by the web server allowing the websites to record its browsing. That way the site can personalize and present you with options based on the information stored on your last visit.
- A cookie module is completely passive (does not contain viruses or other software – the cookie modules use text format, are not made of code fragments so they cannot be executed, cannot multiply or replicate on other networks in order to execute or replicate again – or spyware and cannot access the data stored on the user’s hard-drive). They allow exclusively the gathering of information on user’s behaviour (basically what pages does he visit and when).
- In other words, cookie module can be viewed as a user ID card, that lets the website know each time the user comes back and visits the site.
Example:
A cookie module can be like this:
SNID50=eR0azHquz-E32l1B7uLIasD63_ZWxrS9fkAc37Z4CQ=Q4levhdDnydqiJGNgoogle.ro/verify 97282076339328 30210107 446809680 30173295 *
- The purpose of the cookie modules
The cookie modules insure a faster and easier interaction between the users and the websites they visit. For example, when a user logs in on a website, the authentication information is stored in a cookie module; later, the user can log in on the website without logging in.
In other instances, cookie modules can be used to store information related to user’s activities on a website so he can easily resume his activities at a later website access. Cookie modules inform the site what pages to show so that the user does not need to remember that or browse the entire site again. Therefore, the cookie modules act as bookmarks that guide the user to where he left off inside the website.
In a similar way, the cookie modules can store info related to the orders placed on an e-commerce platform, thus making the “shopping cart” concept possible.
We also use the cookie modules for statistic and marketing purposes.
- What types of cookies do we use?
We use the following types of cookie modules: [persistent: publicity cookies / session: cookies for the shopping cart, cookies for geotargeting, our own: cookies for registration/ third party cookies: cookies for visitor’s analysis, publicity provider’s cookies].
The persistent cookie modules help us identify you as a pre-existing user, which facilitate your return to our website or the interaction with our services without logging in again. After you log in, a persistent cookie module is downloaded in your browser and will be accessed when you return to one of our sites or one of our partner’s that uses our services (for example one of our distribution or job application buttons).
The session cookie modules are active only during the browsing session (usually, regular visit of a website or a browsing session).

In some cases, this is done because we hired these third parties to provide services for us, such as website analysis. In some other cases, our pages offer content or advertising from third parties such as videoclips, news or ads delivered by some publicity networks. Because your browser connects to the third party webservers to upload their content, these third parties ca create or read their own cookie modules off of your device and can collect data regarding your web browsing activity on various websites or online services. These third parties must also obey the prevailing legislation and the Confidentiality Policies of the website owner/operator.
- Cookie modules control
Generally, a web browsing application can allow cookie modules storage on a device implicitly. These settings can be changed so that the automatic administration of the cookies to be blocked by the web browser or the user is informed each time cookie modules are sent towards his terminal. Detailed information about possibilities and ways regarding cookie modules administration can be found in the web browser settings tab. Limiting access of the cookie modules can affect some webpage functions. It is possible to also impede your ability to save your personalized settings, such as your login information.
On top of that, some characteristics of our products depend on the cookie modules. For example, if you select the cookie blocking option, you might not be able to connect or use those functions and the preferences that are stored in the cookie modules can be lost. If you decide to erase the cookie modules, the settings and preferences controlled by those, including those related to advertising, will be erased, and recreating those might be needed.
Instructions related to blocking or deletion of the cookie modules from the web browsers can be available in the browser’s documentation on confidentiality or help section.
